Jeremy Parsons

He assists clients in all aspects of commercial, business, and company law, with a particular interest and expertise in commercial transactions. This includes regularly acting on the sale purchase of businesses, assets, and shares in companies. Taking pride in getting deals completed in an efficient manner, Jeremy enjoys helping clients find solutions to their legal problems.

Jeremy is an active member of the North Harbour Club charitable trust, that Davenports also support as a sponsor.

Outside of work, Jeremy is married with three school aged children. He plays touch rugby and volleyball socially, and recently rediscovered surfing after a hiatus of many years.
