Merchant Fees
Payment of invoices covering our professional fees will not incur a surcharge.

If you would like to pay settlement funds, Barrister fees or third party costs by Visa or Mastercard, a merchant fee of 1.93% plus GST will apply. In this instance, please contact our office on 09 915 4380 prior to completing the form below. Payment made without prior approval will incur a separate invoice to recover the merchant fee.

Secure Payment
Once you complete the form, you will be redirected to a bank-approved secure online payment facility where you will be asked to enter in your credit or debit card details. This online payment facility is administered by Windcave, and is securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit and debit cards are verified by Windcave in real time.
